Vin sequence on Neiman Marcus Tbirds

Can anyone help me verify the vin sequence on the 2002 Neiman Marcus Thunderbirds. I’ve read on several sites that they started with vin ending in 100026 through 100225. So, can I safely assume that my NM bird ending in 100095 is #70 out of the 200? And would a vin ending in 100027 be #2 off the assembly line? Any help would be appreciated.
