I thought of drilling into the lights then super gluing them because the emblems have pins on the back. I am nervous to fracture the tail light so drilling is not my first choice.. I may need to file the pins down and then use 3M adhesive tape. Still have not made up my mind.Was wondering what your plan was.

        I used 3M tape myself. When drilling in plastic use a sharp bit and low speed. I recommend a Dremel tool. Good luck.

          Each generation of the Thunderbird had unique takes on the logo. Sometimes they changed a little inside the generation but for the most part they were unique to the generational years.

          I personally don't see a compelling reason to use a different generation logo on the retrobirds as there are emblems available to match the 11th generation logo available.

          With that said, if you like it and it makes you happy - go for it.

            I hear you. These emblems wound up costing me nothing. If l see ones l like better, these will come right off.
