need help and freezing My heater blows nice and hot while moving, however at stops it starts to blow cool. When I start to move, it blows hot again. It would be nice if I didn't have to stop. I hope some one could help with this situation. Thanks Alan @ Thunder A.

Could be a water pump that works more efficiently when at higher revolutions?

          Got your note.
Next guess is, air in the cooling system. Burp system according to instructions.

            One more thing.
I had my antifreeze changed by Ford Quiklane and had problems like yours later. They did not burp the heater core as to instructions.
Now they want $200 to change antifreeze. Maybe they know how to do it right now, which includes getting the air out of the heater core (burping).

He's talking about his in cockpit climate control heat, not the engine cooling....

First and easy is to self test your DATC control in the dash and check for any OBDC diagnostic codes...although not a TBird DATC in the video, the procedure is the same:

You can post any codes that you get here...
The other trouble spots could be one of the sensors that regulate temperature or the dual heater control valve.

                Frank,
Alan told me temp the Gage goes to overheat when idling, sometimes. We are getting bits of info as time goes on.

Burp it first, then start looking at other possibilities. Stuck open thermostat would be my next guess.
