2002 Power Steering For TSP

Can anyone tell me the TSB number that Ford issued for 2002 Birds that addresses the power steering squeal.
It was an additive.
The local Ford dealer does not remember.

Found one dated August 1, 2002.
TSB # 16168
Compliant was, squealing or rubbing noise when turning steering wheel.
Now all I need is to know is, where do get the additive.

And now I am pretty sure the Ford dealer never put additive in when they worked on power steering actuator and again when they replaced the leaking power steering pressure switch.

That was along time ago. I would think that the additive should be in the current fluid. Perhaps just get a fluid change.

Great point, Gene. I'd say if you've had those jobs done and the steering starts making noises then the Ford dealer should address it.

Never had the problem but I did have everything flushed a few years ago.
