      Hi all
Your turninglight in the headlight do they flash white or yellow?
i suspect white because in the wiringdiagram it looks like parkinglight and turninglight is the same bulb with two filament

Have to be careful with terms here...my yellow lights at the bottom of the headlight housing are parking lights AND turn signal lights.
The white lights in the bumper are just weird to me, they are just accessory lights; they're not folks lights OR parking lights really.

Now, if you notice on the dash headlight switch you can actually pull it out a click (towards you) and some think this is for fog lights; its not on these cars...just an artifact because this switch is used in a bunch of Ford products.

            Fredik,
The bulb in the lower portion of the headlight is a two filiment bulb. The glass of this bulb is yellow which makes the color. It is yellow for both the turn signal flash & the parking lamp light.

The rear taillight bulb is also a two filiment bulb. One filiment for turn signal & brake light. The other one for when the lights are turned on.

The headlight switch in the dash when straight up top pointing at 12 o'clock is off. All exterior lights should be off. Turning the knob to its first position the exterior lights come on BUT NOT THE HEADLIGHTS. The headlights come on when the knob is turned one more position to the right. In this knob position ALL exterior lights should be on.

The lights in the bumper should come on with the exterior lights when the knob is turned to the first position and be on with the headlights.

These lights in the bumper are just there as decorative lights. They should not be thought to be fog lights because they can not be aimed at the roadway & they can not be focused.

The switch on the dashboard for the exterior lights is a turn switch to operate the lights. It will pull out as if to turn something on but that feature of the switch is not wired into any circuits of the 02-05 Thunderbird.

I was the person who helped you 2 yrs ago when you had lightning problems. Feel free to PM me if you think I can provide you with additional help.
            Mike

They should be on when the parking or headlights are on.
