    Borlas are on
Took me about 3 hrs total on the removal. Most of that time on the rubber hangers put new exhaust on in about 45 minutes. Had to replace one rubber hanger due to a tear. Accomplished this with a floor jack, jack stand and 4 2x4s for the front tires.
Does anyone in T-Bird land need a stock 2005 exhaust? If so msg me. I’ll hold onto it for a while

    Horray!
Now you have to put a couple of 100 miles on them to get them operating at heir peak.
But don't expect to see any miles per gallon increase not until you get use to the great sound. While you are getting use to the sound it will be difficult not to do some strong acceleration.

I have a suggestion regarding the original system. If you have the space, one day someone may want to buy it from you, if they bought a car with an unpleasantly loud exhaust system (not a Borla, for sure) and wish to go back to original.

I’ve kept the original for many years. One day I may decide to reverse all the mods and go stock.

I have kept every original part that has been changed or enhanced to make my car special. I wish I had the room to hold onto the exhaust. Collectors love when you have all the original parts and papers and service records. Definitely makes the vehicle worth more....
            thanks for all the input.....

No original exhaust system for sale here, but I still have for sale my 4 stock stereo speakers ($300.00 + shipping) & my original air intake system ($285.46 + shipping). Fall clearance! Back to school sale! NFL season kick-off extravaganza! MLB play-off special! Westminster dog show championship finals! Great American Beer Festival! Pot legalized in Illinois! Whatever. ----Will, super salesman

My original exhaust system is out in my yard leaning against the fence in an out of the way corner. I figured since it was designed to be exposed to the outside, under the car where it could have everything imaginable come in contact with it then the our usual fair weather certainly can't do it any harm. After 13 yrs of exposure it looks exactly like the day I put it out there. Except it probably has many resident spiders.
