Our TBN friend Christer from Sweden

Hello all TBN friends
With this post im helping Our member Christer from Sweden to write to all of you.
Christer has bin a active member since 2010 but has never write anything and his wife has translated all On our page for him (im not sure my Anna would do that for me).
Christer called me some weeks ago and we talked a long time, he is a nice man in i promised to Help him make a presentation for him and his nice cars.
and om happy that i have found a retrobird owner only 300km from me.
Christer have a 007 2003 bought in Miami 2010 with 7000miles on the meter that time

they were visiting there doughter that were studying in Melbourne and took a roadtrip to Key West
In Miami they saw a nice car that looked brand new at a Lexus dealer, they stopped and talked to the dealer and bought it direct, the dealer asked if they knew that it was a limited 007edition car That they bought, they had no idea it was a happy surprice.

This car was a nice school car for there doughter for some years, Christer wanted her to have a Mustang but she said ”the school parking is full of Mustangs so please find something else” After school it was exported to Sweden.

Christers other car is a Thunderbird 57 312 automat servostearing,servobrakes hardtop and cab its used to drag the camping-trailer every summer for 35years with out problem


They also have a Corvette 60 fuel injection 290 hk with matching serial number and factory fuel-injrctionall Original matching number 283 cubic positraction rear axel. ORGINAL Paint syntetic From-60. Original options black interiör inkl mats.
Also this one drived for 35 years with no problem
Bought in Hawaii

a litle funny storry about the covette that hapend this summer is that Christer met a Swedish photogaph at a car event that has bin working as Bruce Springsteen photographer For meny years,
he tok Photos of the Corvette and said that Bruce used to drive one just like this one. Later Christer was contacted by the photograph that said that he had showed Bruce the pictures of the Corvette and next time Bruce was in Sweden he Wanted to be picked up in that Corvette

there is a famous picture of Bruce Springsteen on his Corvette so Christer has done one with him self on his Corvette

GOOD NEWS
I have some Good news that made me happy, and its TBN related.
Yesterday a man called at Annas telephone and presented him self and asked for me(im not easy to find hihihi)
i was in the garage as usual It was Christer that has bin a active member since 2011 here on TBN, i had no idea that we had one more Sweed that is active i think i have seen some inactive Swedish member.
we talked for a long time about our cars and this nice forum and he has other nice cars too.
I was glad to hear that he follows all my projects and liked how i write, some times i think i write more then you all are interested of but i like sharing it with all of you.

I hope Anna and i can take a day trip to the car meeting near you next summer to see you and for the first time in my life see two retrobirds together at the same time

Welcome, Christer! You have some beautiful cars. We both have 007 cars and we have something else in common. I use my 007 to pull a trailer but mine is much smaller than the one you pull. Hope that you enjoy many more happy miles with your cars.

Thank you Fredrik, it was very nice of you to assist Christy so he could show us his love for cars, including his 007. As far as your writing I always read what you've written and enjoy your projects.

Also, if it weren't for your help with my family tree from Sweden, I wouldn't have been able to answer questions about my Great grandfather. Thank you for that too.

I only wish I could write or speak Swedish or Norwegian, my Father's side and my Mother's side but neither spoke anything but American English to us growing up.
