Ford Motor Company announces production of the iconic 11th generation Thunderbird, the Retro Bird, will cease at the end of the 2005 or 2006 model year.

Another great thing that happened in TBird history, is the union of two members on this day 57 years ago. Carol and Martin Brugmans got married.
Both Martin and Carol got the Bird bug and did many functions in the benefit of people and their cars.
