Rim Trimz anyone?

Has anyone tried Rim Ringz https://www.rimringz.com/rim-protector-tools-products/?
For those who don't want a full-blown whitewall or glue-on rim trims, these might be
a just right accent in different colors and sizes.

I’ve seen something like this but only in red. An interesting idea. I wonder if it affects wheel balance.

Rim Ringz come in several diameters (including 17") and colors to suit everyone's rainbow.
They shouldn't affect balance since they are only adding a small amount of weight equally around the rim.
Jack up the wheel, let out all the air, insert ribs, inflate and drive.
Or I guess you could just paint the rim with a very steady hand (which I do not have).
My only reluctance is the price if they don't work.
