I have a 2002 Thunderbird and am having some overheating problems. I would like to find a mechanic in the area familiar with the series. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Most Ford mechanics these days have never worked on a Retro. Maybe slightly better luck at a Lincoln dealer, but you might want to search the Web for some of the Area dealers or independent shops that specialize in repairing older Jaguar’s. Variations of this engine were used in a lot more Jags than Birds. These guys may also have a better handle on finding parts.
