If this is the window stocker then yes I have mine. A long with all the stockers and all body covers on the car when delivered to the dealer.

Someone asked me about it and I did a little research, apparently the state DMV and the dealer would get a copy of it. This picture is of one for an older Tbird. I figured if I can get a good sample I could include it with the reproduction window stickers and build sheets (Harry Report as I like to call them ) Screenshot_20240519_072153_DuckDuckGo.jpg

I'm not sure what it looks like but included a sample in above post for 1990. What size is that? Standard 8 1/2 x 11 ?

That was 8" x 6". Did a little research and if I understand it correctly the dealer was not required to provide the Certificate of Origin to the purchaser. It may be delivered to Motor Vehicle Commission for issuance of a title.

20240520_082753.jpg I'll send you a copy of this reproduction I made if you want one. If this is the CO it would have went to the dealer and secretary of state so you wouldn't have received it.

David, please send me copies or pictures of the other docs you have. Thanks!

                    FWIW:
A C of O(Certificate of Origin) is created when a manufacturer delivers a motor vehicle to the Dealer. Car Truck or Motorcycle. Anyway, when the vehicle is sold the C of O goes to your state RMV,DMV or whatever its called in your state. The state then issues the title for your car, either to you or your finance company.
It is paperwork that you would never get as a private citizen and is not normally part of the paperwork package. I suppose if you asked a dealer could give you a copy, if its clearly marked 'copy'.
I've been away from dealerships for a while now, but that's how it used to be.

Many dealers used to finance or 'floor plan" part or all of their inventory. In which case the bank or financier would hold the C of O's. Temporary, or paper plates were created because when a vehicle was sold the dealer would have to cut a check to pay it off. Then a runner or the US mail would bring the C of O th the dealer, who would then send it to the state, who would the issue a title to the purchaser or his finance company. Then the purchaser could pick up their real plates. This all could take 2-3 weeks, hence 'Temporary' plates.
