Fuel pressure at idle

Hello, the 2002 Ford Thunderbird Workshop Manual lists engine running fuel pressure to be 30 to 65 psi. Would 30 psi be normal at idle? I’m curious if any original owners tested fuel pressure on a new 2002 Tbird and what the psi was at idle, if not 30 or 31 psi.
