I have just had my headrests center section replaced to match my partial white seat inserts. I had seen another TBN member do this and I thought this was a great finishing touch to the interior. The match is close but not 100%. I think this is something Ford should have done all along...

They not only look good, but I'll bet they're much faster too.

Very nice Larry. Dino (Blue Heaven) had his done in the Thunderbird Blue to match his seats. I saw them a car show and they do make a nice difference.

I had this done to my car also...it certianly finishes the look.
Amazingly enough, I DID notice an increase in speed, didn't realize it was the headrests though, I thought it was the new shoes being a little heavier.
Glad you set me straight, Don. Or rather...glad you gave us the 'heads-up' on this. HAHAHA

              Re: Headrest Mods

The headrest on the left is a universal fit, but the one on the right is a better match for my saddle interior.

                            Hi Archie,

I got mine done by B&B Upholstery. He's located in Florida and is member Noel Moss's brother. He did the leather boot cover and headrest covers for me and for a few others. I'm pretty sure he can match all interior colors. His name is Bob and his number is: 1-863-678-0167

                              archie,

I had mine down locally by a custom upholstery shop. She did the headrests (which are now on Claude's car, I'm having her do another set for me) and a leather boot for me. Her work is second to none and her prices are extrememly reasonable. I've been to her shop and seen the vehicles she works on...amazing!! You can see pictures of the headrests and boot under my "Blue Heaven's Latest Mods" thread.

Her name is Laurie Edwards. She can be reached at 860-647-0386.
