It never amazes me what little people know.
That is, the existence of the 007 Thunderbird.
I've only had this car a year, and actually haven't had it on the road that often, the wife and I are real busy, but, in my everyday travels, I come across other owners of T-Birds, like we all do, who never heard of the 007 Thunderbird.
Take today for example. I meet a women with a 50th Anniversary yellow Bird. This was her second Bird and she said it had to last. Her first must have been a daily driver. Shame on her.
Anyway, I mentioned I had the 007 Thunderbird and she looked at me like I was a kook out of some feature film.
I explained a bit further mentioning James Bond and Halle Bery's coral colored bikini. Now she looked at me like I was, well, she locked her door and started to put up her window.
I explained further and suggested she Google "Thunderbird 007."
I hope she does, because she's from my home town and I'll probably run into her again.
It boggles the mind how a fellow T-Bird owner would not have heard of, or know about the Coral 007 Thunderbird?
Yes, and unfortunately, this has happened many times. I find other T-Bird owners who know nothing of this 007 Thunderbird. Imagine?
Have other 007 Thunderbird owners experienced this phenomena?
Just curious.
