ESP Claim Denied

Coverage for a rear hub bearing / knuckle was initally rejected because the svc. mgr. entered a part # for the entire assembly - while an entire assembly may require replacement (re. Ford ESP cust. svc.) the individual part numbers are usually required to obtain warrenty approval. Glad I didn't take "no" for an answer and called Ford ESP directly. $795 parts + $330 labor + tax.
