            Ray -- You might be able to find a clip-on visor to put on the window when it is in the up position. But that would be partially defeating the top down experience.

                That is about the only thing I didn't like about our bird. I couldn't believe that they would put such a cheezy thing up there for a visor. The this car it should have been a little bit classier than what it is..

                  jimvit1; The quick answer is Marketing. When Ford introduced the 2002 t-bird there was a plan for a two seat Lincoln Mark X. If they had put all the "classier" stuff in the Ford T-bird they could not charge you $70-85K for a Lincoln with the same options. They advertised the bird as a "personal luxury" car but kept the luxury to a minimum. I agree with you they should have planned for al little more creature comforts.

                    I've thought the same thing, (they remind me of the cheap ones that came in the japanese imports in the 70's, maybe that was part of the retro thinking) and have thought of making a hard stitched leather slip-over.
