    Re: Walgreens T-bird

Dave, You are a hopeless collector. For the last month or so you have been selling off your collection and when somebody on here mentions a model at Walgreens you rush out and buy out the store. Dino, among others, suffers the same malady but you are the champ.

      Re: Walgreens T-bird

Just hopelessly addicted. What can I say. I come in my office and see all the space available, just begging for input. My day Job, Working on the 64 and the new RatRod, are kinda at a stand still. The 64 is near done, and ready for paint. The Rat Rod is just so much fun the way she is. The NM is our Date Car, and my BULLITT is my daily driver for out of town fun. Local errands are in the the truck with Bud at my side, and Grocery runs take the Escape. I really don't want to finish my day projects, so I come in here and start going thru the collection. Ohhhhhhh, I don't have one of these, or it's these need the rest of the set. If I have too many (LOL) of one or two, then I just offer them out there. I need to concentrate on my memoribilia more now though, but if someone mentions seeing something, well..............the rest is history.

I found two in Brookfield, Wi. Bought one for the collection. Everyone has seen the promo picture with the Air Force Thunderbirds. The Concept had a hardtop with blackout windows as I've be told because it did not have an interior. If you look closely the concept it did not have marker lights. This diecast does not have marker lights either. I also found a small Certificate of Registration which is numbered #2606 of who knows. Dick
