Here's a bummer just finished up Sun.papers.Looking through the garage sales for sat. n sun. "silver H/T for an 05 Thunderbird." Don't know if it was sold or not but I may take a run to see if it was. The point of the post is you never know were something will show up.

Ed, for me, that would be a garage sale dream item.... I could just picture driving past and seeing a tbird hardtop "for sale" on someone's driveway... I would probably plow into some parked cars while gawking at something you just don't expect to see at a garage sale. Like you said, you just never know when something will pop up.. when you least expect it !!

SURELY they wouldn't sell it to a junk dealer who comes by at the end of the day and offers to buy the remainder of unsold items for practically nothing!

That's pretty wild, Ed. Curious to know what they're asking. It might be worth the investment even if you don't decide to keep it. Let us know what you find out.

Took another look at the ad ,it was a neighborhood sale and it was a couple of blocks long and deep.May just scout the area and ask around.Have to look for open garage doors

I found my top on Craigslist.com. It was in a storage locker that nobody had paid the rent on for awhile, so the owner cut the lock and sold everything. I paid $400.00 for an 03 MSG. It had a few scuffs that I buffed out and I had to replace a couple pieces of molding that cost me about $250.00. But it's perfect now. And I didn't get the stand or cover either. Leroy

Took a ride to the area of the sale .Much to big to look around plus S.Fl. has a habit of running streets and stopping them for a canal or a park or what ever and then it picks up again 3-6 streets later.even my GPS was no help it was as confused as me.
