  • Big Thanks To Spence (aka Gobird)

A lot of us on TBN have thanked Spence several times for posting such clear, accurate and often innovative ways to install something on our special TBirds.

This note is of appreciation for his great instructions on installing the CAI pipe for a 2002 model. I recently had mine installed by my favourite mechanic, and he meticulously followed each and every step courtesy of Spence. At one stage, the fastening bracket which attaches to the shock tower had to be cut (as per instruction), and he then did a high polish finish to "chrome it up" a bit. My mechanic knows my tastes very well.

So again, Spence, I sincerely appreciate your detailed and well scripted "how-tos" - they are fantastic !!!!

I very big second to that. Not only are the posts clear and concise, and the photos very, very helpful, but Spence deserves a big round of accolades just for taking the time and effort to do this. Now, if I ever get around to putting my chrome hood scoop on.......
