Our cars have a great heritage not limited exclusively to just the '55-57 models. The square Birds (58-60) are a good example. There are some forgettable ones too, but overall the retro Birds come from good stock.

But would like on 2002 instead. I seen an article that Ford was trying to incorporate the design into the retros but for safety reasons, they scrapped the idea.

Although, here is a 2002 Thunderbird for sale that has custom front and back eyebrows on it.

My second favorites thouth are the bullet birds with the flair bird next. I had a 65 i restored now i wil wait a while before i get a bullet.

That Black 02 is gorgous!! That is what I was aiming for (similarly) when I was searching for a used Black bird. I was going to black it out completely, similar to that one. I thoought it would be a stunning cruiser. Glad to see someone did it!!

No I really think it is well done, that was one of the big disappointments when I saw my first Retro, lack of trim on the head & taillights.
