Children and Thunderbirds

Hi All!
Just got back to Florida after a weekend in Pittsburgh with my family.
While visiting, we went shopping at the Mall in Robinson (near the Pittsburgh Airport). Something caught my attention in the children's play area, so I had to go and check it out....





I had to scare the children away, but yeah, that's me! I couldn't completely fit into the seat, but I wasn't leaving until I at least TRIED - HA!

I know that you were there to celebrate your parents' BIG wedding anniversary. I bet that they had a problem dragging you away from that Bird.

The Meadows Mall has a play area with similiar things for kids to climb on like those in your picture. First time I've seen a Thunderbird "climb on" toy though.

That is fantastic! Maybe we should plan a TBN event there to check it out! Talk about scaring the kids - imagine a big group of us all climbing in for a picture!

You know, I never once thought to ask the mall management company if they could tell me where this came from. I'll see if I can do some digging, or have one of my sisters go back and check. I didn't see any kind of labels or artists name on anything. The parents were all staring at me and the children were crying because I told them to get out of the car - so I may have missed something. he he he
