    Google Bookmark Icon

    Just looking through my Google favorites and most of them are receiving Icon's representing the site. Has anyone looked into or made an Icon for the TBN badge that could be used as our favorite? I'm not sure if a user can add this themselves or is that something for the site administrator? I think it would be really cool to have.

    It's something the site admin has to do so it will show up at the beginning of a url and can be transferred to others visiting the site. I now have a row of "favorites" in the favorite bar, all with their own little icons that those sites have that I visit frequently. Makes finding them much easier. I also had fun playing making those little icons a couple of months ago with my own site and a couple of other sites.
    but you can also make one for a site and install it on your computer that will show up in your favorites but it won't show up in the site's url.

      Thanks Dot, I did see that your website had one. I agree that the do add something to your favorites and make them easier to find.

        Made it myself...

        right click, save target as, to save...

          Didn't find or see it, Steve.

          birdwingstoo had made one for the site a couple of years ago but for us to install on our computers. I didn't install right and the workings of my computer would uninstall it. When making mine, found that it had been too large.

            Dot doesn't show when you just click the link but will work if you follow Steve's instruction.

              If using Windows, just Right click on my hyperlink and SAVE TARGET AS...

              Should be called "TBNicon2.ico"

              Then, after you save the file and remember where, then goto your browser, click on FAVORITES and find the TBN shortcut that you use, right click on it and goto properties and click on change icon button. Find and replace with the new icon and there you go...
