Hello all.
I have a "homemade" CD loaded with .mp3 files (Maxell Brand CD - not scratched). My stock CD player gladly accepts it as loads.
The CD is read ("Track 1" displayed) then the CD is ejected...nuts!! Happens in every one of the 6 slots...
This SAME disk is played in my 2001 Crown Victoria. That player is an aftermarket Sony brand player.
Anyone know what gives? Could it have to do with the fact that the .mp3 files were burned in as data files -- and not music files?? ...so my Bird CD player won't accept these type of disks??
REF: 2003 Ford Thunderbird Premium
Any advice is greatly appeciated!! :)
