  • A/C Blows warm & Cold

2003 with 44,000 miles is blow cold air on driver's side and warm air on passenger's side. A/C on Auto or dual with control set at 60 Degrees. same results.
Change from vent to floor or windsheild, air is warm after engine warms up.

Will bring to Ford Monday, still under 7 year warranty till November.

Sounds like the dual coolant control valve again, common problem.

You know, our car does that from time to time...it just gets hot...then after a while it changes back to cool. I keep forgetting about it because it is inconsistent. Should I be concerned?

15AGAIN has done that a couple of times. So far I have been able to turn the system off and after a few minutes I turn back on and every thing is cool again.

Re: A/C Blows warm & Cold

After five and one half days the bird is blowing cold air again. It was the lower right A/C hose that had a leak.

I paid $100 for ext. warranty deductable.
The bill to Ford was $325 but if I was paying for it with no warranty it would have been $800.

              Still under warranty till November.
