As most everyone knows Bonnie and I live in front of the New Orleans Levees. That means we have absolutely no protection. Hurricane Katrina left us with 10' of water on our ground floor and garage. Fortunately we drove the Bird to Houston prior to the storm. We are planning a trip to visit our son in Alaska June 24th thru July 18th. This is within hurricane season but not in the most serious window. Looking for a place to park Bird while we are out of state. Any suggestions are welcome.

Roger, you can park the Bird here at our house in Madison, MS (200 miles from NO) and fly to Alaska from the Jackson International Airport. While you are gone, our oldest Grandson will drive it around town to keep it from becoming a three week garage queen (even if it won't be parked in a garage). Now all your weather worries are settled.

I could leave the 500 sit outside here in Sebring a couple of weeks. I'm sure the Judge wouldn't mind driving yours to Walley World to keep the battery up.

Studio is fully booked so cannot store there. Can't leave it with DavidA. It's too much car for him to handle. Can't leave it with Borla Babe. She will give it a cop problem and paint it Powder Puff Blue.
Spence will likely use it as a Tiki Room Planter and fill it with Palm trees. Charlie will probably use it as a moving van if he unexpectedly sells his house while we are in Alaska.
However, I really do appreciate all the offers. Late last night I received an offer I could not refuse. My solution is pictured below.
Ken Klein, an Acadian T-Bird Club member in Picayune Mississippi (45 minutes from Benischek's on the Bayou) emailed me this offer.
Vintage Merlot will sit on the upper-level on the left.Comment

If you ship it over Roger I will gladly store in my Classic Car Shelter storage.
No charge. If you leave it there until October 13 we need one car less for EuroThunder.
