I had Tilley replace my first Tilley hat when some small holes appeared in the fabric at the front of hat, probably due to washing the hat many times. Plus I wear it everywhere.
I like Rusty's idea of Tilly though. Can't decide which one though!

All this talk about Tilley's was too much for me. We picked one up in Grand Morais, MN today. Rosetta got it for me for Father's Day.
It's nice to buy clothing in Minnesota, because it is not taxed here.
Tilley hats are guaranteed for life.

Wish I could get a tan up there. I just burn, peel and repeate the cycle. Also, other drivers complain about the reflected glare if I don't have something on my head.
