I got them from QAA, he no longer shows them on his website but when I needed to replace them [the tips snag rags very easily] I sent an email and he had some left.

John I sent a request to QAA and here was their reply:
Hi Ron, We discontinued those per request of the Ford Motor Company.
The product does not need Ford permission. Just cannot use
Ford logo without permission. I don't think you can sell t-shirts featuring a large illustration of a Thunderbird, Buick etc without a license agreement.

I did not know or suspect that, as there is so much out there. Surely there has to be a time limit as in a patten. Dennis Carpenter must have a vault full of liscense agreements then.
