  • Another piece of Tbird history

    Well, vin#2 of the retrobirds was auctioned off a couple of years ago and I just now heard of it.
    Jim Youngs had dug this up and sent to another owner who forwarded it on to me.
    They got quite a bit for the car so wonder if they were trying to cash in of some of the fame of the 1955 that was auctioned off earlier that year or the year before (vin#5).

    OK, now someone needs to find out where it went. and who owned it originally.

    Thanks for that piece of information. It confirms my other research that the first cars off the assembly line in Wixom in 2001 were BLACK.

    We will be celebrating these "births" ten years later at BIRTHDAY THUNDER, a one-day TBN event coming up on November 19th in Florida.
