It's possible that the power steering resevoir is not positioned correctly, too.
Mine (both cars) has at least 3/4" clearance from the valve/cam cover.
The oil tube is curved slightly over the engine. Looks like yours has been bent & creased the other way in the past by someone possibly trying to remove the coil cover
