just bought new blades what side does the 24 go on?

Driver side 24" Passenger side 22"

I normally take off one at a time and match lengths just to be sure.

L.H. (Driver's Side) is 24"
R.H. (Passenger Side) is 22'

I'd like to get my 2005 T-bird windshield wiper arms chromed. I tought if would give a nice retro look. Any suggestions..Thanks Terry.. GA.
