  • FLORIDA ZOO CRUISE

Just got back home from one of Tom's fantastic Cruises. We had 48 Birds in every color,it was quite a spectical. Had a great Bar-B-Que lunch and dozens of raffle prizes plus the special prizes for the winners of the poker run. There were 10 lucky winners in that event. Some of the prizes were a 19" LCD TV,Canon camera, tickets to Universal Studios and many more. Everyone received a Nortica canvas gym type bag loaded with gifts and assorted items. Tom also presented a $10 gas gift card to everyone at the end of the festivities. The icing on the cake was FREE admission to the Zoo which Tom paid for. What a guy, you just can't find a more generous person and it was well appreciated by all who attended.
Getting ready for the 10 Year Birthday Bash and Cruise in November. Tom has already started to make it happen. Thanks Tom!

Wow, what another fantastic day! As usual, I've taken more pictures than I know what to do with so, while I sort them out, here are a few teasers...

Maybe the pics could be sized down so they would be easier to look at.

There's another FLA. Cruise in the books. Another one of those special days in the life of being a T-Bird owner. The weather couldn't have been better for a cruise/poker run/BBQ/visit to see my relatives at the zoo. We met up with some old friends and made a few new ones. There were two tables set up loaded with prizes. One for the poker run and one for the raffles.
We lucked out or should I say Judge Judy Lucked out. We got an extra sheet for the poker run. At the end of the run I didn't even have a pair but she drew her last card and got the one she needed to make a straight and that ended up being the high one at the end of the day. I'm now watching her new prize, 19" flat screen LCD HD TV, out in my man cave out in the garage.

Have to thank the man in charge and his family for putting together another one of these for the Thunderbird Family out there. Sooooooooo, Thanks,Tom.

Looks like you all had a great day. I on the other hand woke up to that dirty four letter word, SNOW. At this rate I'll never get the bird out of the cage.

You were luckier than you know! Your Straight beat My Flush, enjoy the TV! You are right, it was a wonderful day with old and new friends. See you in November.

A straight does not beat a flush, unless it's a straight flush.

Knew they had some kind of mix up but didn't know what it was or who was involved.

Our first time - you are so right Tom is quite a guy and it was a great day. We drew 3 aces on the poker run so we were a lucky winner. Everyone in attendance was a winner - Tom you are the man - and thanks from all of us to your family and friends who helped you plan this special outing for our beautiful birds.

Borrowed a pix from Super Sport. Thanks! You got my best side!
Just in case there was anybody who ever wondered what Southern looked like in his Tbird..........
                            Here I am !
(OK, guess you'll have to wait until I go to Another event! But that is what I look from the back........ ;) )
I most certainly will goto the Birthday bash in November here in Florida That will be Tom's last Thunder run (As he announced) and I wouldn't miss that one.
I sure wish I could do the one In Tennessee. But I have a problem with the date.Anybody that gets a chance should go to......Ron and Charlotte are two great folks and I just know they will put on a great cruise.
This was my first Tbird cruise and I loved it.
As I told Tom before the poker run/lunch/zoo even started........I could go home now, 'cause I've had a ton o' fun already!
                            Can you imagine!
FORTY EIGHT Birds for a ONE day event!
More than half not TBNers. (Spence is on the case!)
I still wish people would use their logons on their name tags. After spending 6 or 7 months around here......logons are the only way a new guy can know anybody!
Thank You Tom Aglio for a great experience.
Met some folks that I knpow will be friends forever.
                            The nicest people drive Thunderbirds!

Love the pictures you made of the front facades Brian.
Don't think I have ever seen a line up like this before.
                              Looks very retro.
