Do I understand this right and is it maybe a high pressure power steering hose leaking?
    A hose is a hose
If you need it fixed go to a shop that does maintenance on agricultural vehicles. They know how fix those hoses. It might not be original, but if it does not leak it's ok

Let your fingers do the walking. Salvage yards today are very sophisticated rather than
traveling 200 miles call or e-mail them. If you can send them photos of the part even
better. If they don't have the part they have a network where they will locate the
part. You can pay on line or over the phone and have the part shipped to you. Have
you tried having the hose assembly made up as many have suggested?

On top of all your problems I hope your not paying for ESP from Ford that everyone
      raves about.

OK can you convert this hose to AN fittings. We use braided hose and AN fittings on all our race cars. For all kinds of applications. If so figure out what size & type of hose you need. Then install the AN fittings & hose that is right for the job. Any local speed shop or JEGS or Summit should be able to help.

We had a high pressure hose blow out on out '67 Mercury when we were in a small town in Italy last September. Try to get a new hose for it in the USA, let alone BF Italy. After a few tries at a new hose, it was impossible to get US fittings there, so we had the old hose repaired by splicing in a new section, replacing the cut out blown section.

It wasn't pretty, but it worked and it is still on the car sitting in Holland. A little creativity and you shold be back on the road. We even had to be creative building a relatively safe ramp so Fritz could get under the car.

For you safety oriented folks, it is not being supported by the bumper jack. That was used to get the car high enough so we could put the bricks under the frame and lower the car onto them. No animals were hurt during this session.
