Came across this on E-Bay today (Item 250838480304) a NM with 52
miles still in original wrapping. I just thought to myself what would I pay for
such a car. This car would truly be a collectible some day if kept in this state. Myself if I bought I think I would have to drive it. Like to hear your
thoughts on this car.

If you're going to drive it you shouldn't pay much more for it than one with 5,000 miles on it.

Wouldn't pay anything. I could have got one when they were new. Wasn't interested then and haven't changed my mine.

Worth about half the price of a new one. Soon will not be worth driving only a garage queen. They will wear out sitting too :-) I passed up a 007 last year never titled.

....the more I think about this....assuming I had that much expendible cash lying around, I would pay up to the original MSRP for this car, and I would drive it.....not caring a toss for what it might be worth by so doing....what can you buy for $41000.00 in 2011 dollars? NM's have always been my most favorite....

SOLD $30,601.00. This car is the barometer as far as future values.
Exceptions would be anyone within the Ford family.

What a deal.... I honestly thought a car like this would go much higher - in fact, why wouldn't this car be at a Barrett-Jackson type auction... now I am starting to think that I wish I had bid on this one....

I hope the new owner drives it a bit. Maybe even join TBN !
