Started driving the Tbird Friday. Saturday we filled her up with high test. Sunday filled her again with 213.3 miles at 8.494 gallons. And yes i'm sure I had it filled the same, close as possible anyway. A little better than 25 miles to the gallon. But we were just cruising at 50/55 no expressway just country roads. I know I ran it up to 80 passing a truck on an open highway at one point. But we were mostly just enjoying the top down ride. Been 18 years since we had a conv so we are enjoying it. Going to try wear it out!

Deedee and I took a top-down ride this evening and within 15 minutes we had three compliments on the Bird from pedestrians. Never in my driving life have I had so many smiles per gallon.Comment
