"Door Ajar" light and warning chime.

I've changed both left and right door buttons and still my red "Door Ajar" warning light on the dash is always on. When I open one of the doors, the chime goes off and will not stop till I close the door. Any suggestions? Could I have a blown fuse or a defective module. Thanks in advance. Garry

The door ajar warning light also indicates when the trunk lid is not closed. You might check the connections in the trunk.
