Hello Members: I ordered my 1968 Ford Ranger and now it's going on forty four years, it's original (390 v-8, auto, PS, PB) repainted in 1996 with base - clear coat (Ragoon Red). It's hard to believe but my PCR is going on eight years - I just installed triple chromed Jaguar wheels and Vogue Tyres. My Dad said "take care of it and it'll last a long time". And it has.

Re: seven and forty three (FORDS)
You take good care of your vehicles, they both look great. The Jag wheels look very nice. I hope you have many more years of good service.Life without passion is no life at all.

Re: seven and forty three (FORDS)
Nice car and the lowest PCR # I have seen yet. I too like the wheels. What about the exhaust tips? Have you replaced it all or just tips? I had forgotten that the big trucks were rangers back then even tho I had one.

Re: seven and forty three (FORDS)
Jerry: Great looking Ford Truck. Reminds me of the Mercury M250 Camper
Special I bought back in 68. It was also Rangoon Red. Sorry I ever got rid of
it.
A son of my friend found it in a backyard and their family rebuilt it. Every time
I see it I get envious.
It came from the factory with 68 Thunderbird bucket seats installed. It had many 69 Ford parts as it was built in the last days of the Mercury pickup
production.
