Not a clue what happened but the passengers side was not as hot as the drivers side while it was blowing hot air. Not cool just not boiling hot. It has not done it again but now I worry about it.

    Same happened on my LS.

I do not think it was not the problem. Seals do dry out.. BUT if you feel you did not get the truth from your mechanic YOU need to look for a new mechanic.. Hope you stay cool....

Well, I havnt been driving it a great deal but mostly in the spring sumer and fall and a lot with the a\c on. Just the way the two sided acted differntly I'm thinking control valve. If it happens again I'll take it in. I'm about up to 60k on it. Time for a Tranny fluid change. Seems like around here if you say you felt your ears wiggle you might as well get out 1500.00 bucks beause thats what it will cost you to fix it.

.....you don't need to do a tranny fluid change, Bo....It is a sealed unit....you don't need an inexperienced tech. messing with it.....It should be good for many miles to come...
