Day Off For The Car

I took today off from work to clay and wax my Thunderbird. It was going to be a cool day (not supposed to wax in hot sun) and was something I've wanted to get done before I put a lot of miles on it. I've never "clayed" a car before. Even though the car was clean I was surprised how much grime came off in the clay. Then I put a coat of Rain Dance wax on it. I've had good luck with Rain Dance on other cars. I'm ready now.

I have a clay kit and have never done it before just waiting for the right time to do it so how did it turn out were you happy with the results

I think if you have had the car for a while and have never done it, it is worth doing. It wasn't that hard to do. Just wash the car and follow the instructions on the box.
