Steelblue5505 is a daily driver, everyday all year. Here in this late October photo, steelblue is parked in the garage ready to go, hard top on for the next 4 months.
Two great pics. Ron you have to admire the engineering skills to tuck all those birds away, but Mike you do win this one. Love the garage floor, fancy! Your turn to pick the next contest.
Here's a picture from the very first Papasitos. There were 6 cars and about 35 people who showed up wanting to see the "New Bird". That's my car in the middle.

I have a feeling this thread has run its course. Participation is really down to only a few.

I haven't been much of a contributor, but I'll miss this thread if it goes away. One suggestion might be to try keeping the challenges open a bit longer.
Participation has picked up on the Thunderbird of the Month contest, so we know folks are taking pictures. Granted, some challenges are harder to find a picture for than others, but that doesn't mean a particular challenge won't bring out more participants than usual. The recent hardtop challenge had several good entries.
I enjoy seeing the pictures that are posted and I'm guessing a lot of others do as well. It really doesn't matter if a prior challenge is repeated as long as folks post fresh pictures to go with it. It also doesn't matter how many are participating as long as they are enjoying it.
Perhaps as the winter doldrums set in, people will be more inclined to post pictures. In general I think a challenge should never last longer than a week, but a reminder along the way might help some get in the game.
David - go ahead and select a new challenge. If you are having trouble thinking of a challenge go back to the first post in the original thread and select or modify one we've had months ago. We have so many new members it will be new to them and most of the rest of us probably won't even remember it anyway.
For those that enjoy seeing pictures of our Thunderbirds in various locations and situations, please do your best to participate. It would be great to see some of our new members joining in as they acquire pics of their new toy.
