Carlisle Ford National

I am considering attending this event with a lot of encouragement from my nephew. I believe I read something about it on this sire, but I can't find it now. I would appreciate any and all information provided. From Thunderbird gatherings, events, and even where to stay. I hope I can finally meet some of the wonderful people I've exchanged messages with during the years.

It is certainly worth the trip to see this event. There will be many TBirds of all vintages represented. Plus other Ford models of all years and vintages, especially Mustangs. TBird clubs that will have tents where you can socialize with TBird owners include the International Thunderbird Club, the Lehigh Valley TBird Club and the NATO group. Check out their websites for more details and specifics. Paying the three day registration fee will allow you to park your TBird on the showfield. TBN will not be officially represented this year, but has been in the past. This is something to consider if there is enough interest in the future.

Always a great event. Make sure you book your hotel now otherwise you may have to take a room out of town and drive in. This is a well attended event with cars from all over North America.
