Washer Hose Connectors/ tees broken

Just going over in some more details on my 2004 T-bird I purchased a week ago today and noticed that my washer was not spraying water. I filled the tank and tried again, heard pump but no water. Then I noticed water under the car and when I checked the hoses I saw it was not connected. When I tried to connect I noticed one fitting was cracked inside the hose and another one was cracked at the jet nozzle. Can not find anywhere to replace those connectors. Any ideas?

Can't say for sure, never had this problem, but I would think any auto parts store would carry these connectors.

Except it seems the hose assembly is discontinued.

Probably a standard 1/4" or 3/16" tubing tee available at most hardware stores.
