Question for those in the Va Beach VA area

Did any of you in the Tidewater are of Virginia see a 2004 silver on Craig's List some 2-3 weeks ago (April 8, 2017)? I looked at it but dilly-dallied around before getting back to the seller (Bob) and now the ad is gone. If any of you looked at the car I'd appreciate feedback on what you thought of it. The replacement battery was the wrong type (not vented), the radio had a "volume problem" (volume goes to max unexpectedly), and someone had added chrome/plastic fender "enhancements". I'm still interested in it but would appreciate anyone who knows anything about it, either negative or positive, to get back to me. Thanks in advance.
