My Travels to Swizerland, Germany, Austria and Hungary. October 2017
Thanks for sharing your trip. One thing I've noticed while viewing this thread is only some of the pictures show up when using the "latest activity" mode. If I switch to the "posts" mode all the pictures show up. Seems to be some kind of glitch in the program.
You are right. I had to log on with iphone to discover this anomaly.

While looking at these pictures it made me think of Alice in "The wizard of Oz". We're not in Kansas (or in your case Nebraska) anymore. The fascinating part of Europe is how close together the countries are, like states in New England.
I think you might mean Dorothy...Alice dropped through a rabbit's hole (and then there's the whole "funny mushrooms" part of the story), but then again, she wasn't in "Kansas" anymore either, after that!
Next pictures are from Györ Hungary. Big town. I will come back and edit this later. The Audi engine factory is there. I had a private tour (1 to1) in one of the buildings. I think I walked 5KM inside.

Next 6 pictures represent food in a small Hungarian town. I had to make my own Hot Goulash.
A long time ago I got some real Hungarian Goulash in a Czech Restaurant. Making it hot on my own was just not the same. Notice the jar of hot stuff.
Shown is leg of goose. And something looking delicious but I don't remember what it was.
Here are some pictures that go with the last few. Lake boat ride. Look at the Seagulls closely. The are flying sideways trying to stay with the boat. Reminds me of an airplane landing in a crosswind. The fruit stand had nothing but the best stuff. Notice the interesting name for a boat "QUICKY 2".
Notice the buildings with thatched roofs. They had a gigantic fire a few years back where a lot of seaside huts burned killing a lot of people. The thatch grows in the lake and will eventually choke the lake.
This all is awesome...thank you so much for allowing us to live vicariously through your snaps!!
Thanks for letting me know that you are still interested.
Also you might notice I don't post pictures of my two friends that made this adventure possible. Their wishes are, that I do not post their pictures or names.on any social media.
You might see a photo from angles that do not show their face.
HKS
