  • 2003 Thunderbird Production Final Listing

Thanks to "Joelja" and to "Quickdraw" here is the final raw production data for specific Thunderbirds produced in 2003. I have attached a Microsoft Word file to this post where you will find the data. Hopefully someone else will be able to translate the data for those that can't access this file.

    Thanks, Joelja and Quickdraw :worship:

    Here's the file:

I understand that some of you may have a hard time getting this to work for you. When I did it, I changed my page setup in Word to be in the "Landscape" mode, so that the data would be seen better across the page. If this doesn't work for you then hopefully someone else can come up with another way to view it.

Sure looks like it might be, doesn't it!! Don't keep us in suspense any longer!

Thanks Tim, Joelja and Quickdraw for this. I printed it out and will be keeping it with my Grey Bird stuff.
I thought I was "rare", but with order code 130A , MSGrey removable top, and black accent pkg, I am one of 1421.
This makes for interesting perusal. Thanks again for compiling and posting.

          Tim:

Thanks. I assume this was done for the 2002 model year at some point. Can you advise me how to access it?

          Thanks!

If this works, if you Click Here it should take you to the 2002 production data file.

p.s. ...regarding the other questions...no, that's not a VMG Thunderbird on the horizon...even though I will hopefully be driving a VMG Thunderbird next week for our assembly plant tour here in Atlanta.

We really, really, really need to thank Joelja and also Quickdraw for this information. (I only found a way to post it here for all to share and enjoy.) There has been a lot of work behind the scenes by Joelja and Quickdraw in order to get this information this year.

I could be wrong since I added the numbers in my head, but it looks like 14,506 2003's Birds were produced.

                      If I'm reading this right?
I have a 2003 Whisper White, with a full Whisper White interior Pkg., and NO hardtop, there were only 8 built!
                      Is that correct?

For a more or less newbie to the production stats, what does it mean production 120, production 130, etc.??? How does that info code to the VIN#, build#, if at all?

                        Thanks.

120 and 130 were the order #s for delux hardtop and premium hardtop
100 and 110 were delux softtop and premium softtop
these numbers were on the order sheets from the dealers.

The file for the 2003 statistics (production data) is now found on message #59 of this thread.

The 2002 production data files are on this thread:

Thanks for the information guys; and thanks Dot for explaining what some of the codes mean.

Karyl, looks like we have the same taste in cars. We've accounted for 2 of the 1421 cars like ours, only 1419 left to go.

I believe tim is waiting for an 05... so for as fast as his thunderbird disappeared into the distance... the new one could take a while to come into view... (if im correct).
