Thanks for pulling this together!! This information is excellent.
Red, If I read correctly which is entirely not possible (and I don't know how to "officially quote" so I'll quote Dot the old fashion way) "I note that it's difficult to tell what color accents went with the different colors particularly the partial colors". So to tell which really are the "rarest" cars is probably difficult to tell from the information we have. Certainly when you see < 5 you know you have a special car. But in my case I have a DS Blue, DS Blue with a partial white accent package so I'm assuming that I'm lumped in the 700 of those produced.
Can someone post the differences between a deluxe and a premium? I did a search on deluxe and found 85 threads - a bit much to wade though. Thanks.
2003 Deluxe has painted wheels and the Premium has 7 spoke chrome wheels. Premium has heated seats standard - not available on the Deluxe.
You are entirely correct about rarity. With /without supplemental parking lights or Select shift transmission would affect the mix. The only other major variable that we don't know is the Partial Interior packages - We know that all Grey cars had Saddle Partials and all Blue had White Partials.
Red and White cars could have either Red or White Partials.
Black cars could have Red/White/Saddle Partials.
I would guess that any vehicle without lamps but with SST might be a one-off.
Deluxe vs Premium: Dot can verify this but I believe that Order code 100A is a deluxe without the hardtop and 120A is a deluxe with the hardtop. I think 110A is a Premium without a hardtop and 130A is a Premium with a hardtop.

On the post reply page is a button marked Quote. Paste your quote into the box that opens up.

I'm fairly certain white was the only partial accent available on the blue so there would be 700 of your combination blue, blue, white.
Thanks Joelja and Quickdraw!!!!
46 Mountain grey premium with black top and saddle. My dealer had 2 on his lot. So I guess some states will just not get to see the Tuxedo.
03 Tuxedo (1 of 46 premium/grey/saddle/black top+ rosewood dash)
Interesting stat of the minute:
Of the 12,959 built with hardtops, only 1585 (12%) have a top color that differs from the body.
Of these 1585, 694 were 007s and 891 (7%) for all others. So if you have a contrasting top, it puts you in a fairly limited group.
Of course if we keep swapping tops, who knows

Thanks Dot,
I must admit I haven't seen any white 'birds with the red partial accent. I will keep my eye peeled and maybe I can get an idea of the percentage red and percentage white.

I can't determine the number of white and red partial interiors but I have deduced the number of Saddle Partial interiors to be 1572. (Description for Saddle is Partial Int. - not Partial Interior --only occurs with black and grey vehicles).
Chuck - the only partial interior available for Blue vehicles was the white so the count stands for your combination. You might want to visit Dot's site for the complete order guide. It will give you a listing of standard and optional features on each model. That way you don't have to guess or just think what was available.
There are 972 vehicles from the 2003 production run for which we do not have Partial Interior Package color data- as follows:
