  • Sept Sales Figures

Well since I can't post and share news in a new thread
I guess I'll post this here. Looks like the Thunderbird did better this month.

    1659 in September 2003 vs. 1378 in September 2002, a gain of 20%.

14696 Year to date for 2003 vs. 15513 for same period 2002 which is down 5.3%

Still, a marked improvement over the August 2003 sales figure of 1092.

    It's all relative to pricing.

I would not have bought mine at MSRP or MSRP plus.

    2003 TBird black/saddle
    1964 Ford Galaxie 500XL conv't turq/black

I think if you compare production with vehicles actually sold the stats are pretty good for the Thunderbird. I know there are over 50 Explorers and Expeditions on my dealers lot and so many Crown Vics it made my head spin(but not one that I wanted).
      My Bimmer is BACK!!!
      2003Premium Mtn. ShadowGrey/GreyHt
Black ink interior/Black Ink Accent grp.

I notice that a lot of the 04's seem to be selling before the 03's. Pretty revealing, I think.
