Have one top; black like the car. I store it in the garage from March to November, but it takes a lot of space in my tiny garage. Would love to get a winch but only have an 8-foot ceiling in the garage. I put the top on in the winter here in Connecticut when top down days are VERY rare to permit me to run the car through automatic washes and save the canvas top. Ironically, the hardtop leaks in car washes and the soft top doesn't! I also hate the deck scratches, but the top does look good when it's on.

Paul, try this... remove the hardtop headliner by pulling straight down at each corner (don't be afraid to pull it, it won't break), with your hardtop tool loosen the 3 screws on each corner, now push down on softtop where each pin sits in, allowing the hardtop to seat itself properly. Retighten the screws, replace the headliner, lock the center hardtop lock and hopefully your hardtop will no longer leak.
This is a onetime fix, no need to do it in the future unless you purchase a new hardtop.
I love the Ash Metallic hard top that came with my PCR - looks perfect. But we'll see what happens when I take it off and have to store it in my one-bedroom apartment - I don't even have a stand for it!

Out of all the hardtops the Platinum Silver and the Thunderbird Blue look the best on the Raven. I like the Merlot on the Raven but everybody else either is neutral or hates it. I feel like Barney Fifte in a squad car with the white top on.
The Platinum Silver looks surprisingly good on the 007. The Evening Black makes it look like the great pumpkin zooming down the highway - Talk about getting stares for all the wrong reasons.

Joe, the person I sold my '02 Blue hardtop to a few years back bought it specifically for an Evening Black car. We speculated that a full accent '02 Blue interior would look great in a Black car. I think I recall reading here that there is someone out there who did this.
I also agree with you that the silver looks very sharp on the Black car too.

Thanks, Phil.
I believe Dot told me a FoMoCo Executive had a 02 EB especially built with Thunderbird Blue Accent ... Talk about one of a kind.
