Re: Mod vs. No Mod pole

I did a huge mod a few weeks ago and added 3M Thunderbird labels over the yellow air bag label on the visor!
    Wow.
    Now that's it for me.
I'm personally just not into changing my cars as I did when I was in my 20's and would mod all kinds of things to my car.
    Remember Thrush mufflers?

I installed the chrome hood bezel from the Cashmere onto my black. Also added chrome rocker panels. Nothing else, but might paint the brake calipers black this summer.

Maybe I'll do the DavidA mod to the Salami Hook and wrap it in tin foil .

Ok, Frits, it's not a mod but standard equipment on the '02. And it's not chrome.

It's been so long ago, I forgot.

LOL, you wil have to dig into TBN history to find out. I posted a picture of it once. I am sure it is still in here.

We probably should add folks on this site for a source of mods. I see a K&N CAI on sale by a member now. I've bought stuff from the folks here, besides BunnyLou, and have always been treated well.

I've been avoiding this, I'm somewhat of a slacker and I'm trying to keep it simple. here's the list:

    Chrome tail lights
    Luggage Rack
Back Up Sensors (can't live without them)
    T-Bird valve caps
SS trim for the hard top
Power outlet in the armrest (I hate to see wires, keeps the phone hidden)
New head unit (CD/Ipod/Bluetooth/Sirius - I'm retro, not neanderthal)
USB/Audio Aux plug in glovebox (see note about wires)
    Chrome hood scoop

No future plans. I'm a happy Birder.

Aaron at Thunderbird Concepts has many T-bird mods.

The TBN store has accessories (grille badges, mugs, wings, etc) for your Bird.

The Thunderbird Emporium has many clothing mods for your body.

Spend your money and enjoy your T-Bird.
