    They were less than a month old when installed, car was always stored in a climate controlled garage. Goodyear tires which I believe are still made in America.

    I now try to take a quick look at the tires every time I get into the car and check the other side while I'm filling up with gas.

      I talked to a Cooper rep that is a friend today, Cooper did buy into a company in 2003 and has since bought up another Chinese company. 25%of production is for world market with a small fraction coming into the US when demand is up, they are built to the exact same standards as the american ones. They also own Avon tire and multiple other companies in other countries.

        For their reliability rankings they don't even have to know how to drive. They count defects and problems as reported by their subscribers.

              I have them on my Subaru Outback daily driver and the 03 Bird, have been using Coopers for years. I've even had a couple sets of the Avon tires in the past.
