Re: Age of the 2nd, 3rd .....owners

Very good discussion and comments my friends. Now, what is the value added for the next generations having our cars in the 20th century years?

If they are not considering the 19th century years, what will be about the 20th century years with our cars? What are their feeling?

It is just an open discussion of what your feeling is about our Tbird cars for the future years.

    Thanks,
    Alain

Just forget the nostalgia and what will be the future of these cars excluding the electronic issue. Do you see a futur of these of these cars for the next generations? I am talking about of the 1st owners.
Just to provide your comments.... That will be very interesting to hear about you.

My daughters (ages 23, 20) always have an interest in my car and will actually fight over it. Especially when their cars have little to no gas and mine has a full tank.

Funny thing, my two youngest daughters (ages 7 and 10) would like to have dibbs on my T-Birds. Maybe it's the colors that make them so compelling...who knows?

Any time I see another T-bird on the road, the driver is well over 50, usually with white hair. But, I live in Florida, where the demographic is skewed older than most other states.
Alain, you have my deepest sympathy. I lost a brother the same way. Cancer is a thief.

finally got a chance to logon. I'm 23 when i got my tbird. I have always wanted one but after buying it i realize like other say its a fun car. Down in Hawaii makes it even better but some time when i want to go surfing it makes it kinda hard to get the surfboard out to the beach. I also have a son and i'm a single parent so for right now it has enough space for the two of us. I did have to cover the passenger side doorhandle to keep my son from trying to open it. Other then that the Tbird does ok.

                            Aloha from Hawaii
